1. Exchange Policy
- Eligibility: Customers have 7 days from the date of receiving the product to initiate an exchange.
- Non-Defective Products: If the product has no defects, the customer will need to pay twice the delivery charge as the return shipping fee.
- Defective Products: If the product has a defect, Jacket Lovers will cover all shipping costs associated with the exchange, and customers will not need to pay any additional fees.
- Exchange Process: Contact our customer support team within 7 days with your order details and reason for exchange. Our team will assist you with the process.
2. Return Policy
- Eligibility: Customers have 7 days from the date of receiving the product to initiate a return.
- Return Charges: Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.
- Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product in its original, unused condition, we will process the refund. Please allow a few days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method.
3. Conditions for Return and Exchange
- Products being returned or exchanged must be in original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. Any signs of use, damage, or missing items may result in rejection of your return or exchange request.

১. Exchange policy
- যোগাযোগের সময়সীমা: গ্রাহকরা পণ্য পাওয়ার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন। ৭ দিন পর এক্সচেঞ্জের আবেদন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
- ত্রুটিহীন পণ্য: যদি পণ্যে কোনো ত্রুটি না থাকে, তবে গ্রাহককে এক্সচেঞ্জ চার্জ হিসেবে দ্বিগুণ ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রদান করতে হবে।
- ত্রুটিযুক্ত পণ্য: যদি পণ্যে কোনো ত্রুটি থাকে, তবে জ্যাকেট লাভার্স সকল শিপিং খরচ বহন করবে। গ্রাহককে কোনো অতিরিক্ত খরচ প্রদান করতে হবে না।
- প্রক্রিয়া: ৭ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন, আপনার অর্ডার তথ্য প্রদান করুন। আমাদের টিম আপনাকে সাহায্য করবে।
২. Return policy
- যোগাযোগের সময়সীমা: গ্রাহকরা পণ্য পাওয়ার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্নের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
- রিটার্ন চার্জ: পণ্য ফেরতের জন্য গ্রাহককে ফেরত আনার শিপিং খরচ (ডেলিভারি চার্জ) বহন করতে হবে।
- রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া: পণ্যটি অক্ষত ও ত্রুটিবিহীন অবস্থায় আমাদের কাছে পৌঁছানোর পর আমরা গ্রাহকের বিকাশ/নগদ একাউন্টে পণ্যের মূল্য (ডেলিভারি চার্জ কর্তন করে) রিফান্ড করে দিবো।
৩. রিটার্নের শর্তাবলী
- রিটার্ন করা পণ্যটি মূল, এবং অক্ষত অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
